​GODO was born from the idea of ​proposing a delightful cuisine, “goduriosa” as we say in Italy. Every morning at the market, or through constant dialogue with our artisan suppliers, we carefully select excellent raw materials, to make our dishes an unrepeatable encounter between the many facets of the Italian gastronomic tradition.

​Benedetto Cavalieri pasta, cold cuts from the Salumificio F.lli Lombardi, meat, fish and vegetables from the Central Market of San Lorenzo: these are just some of the excellences that make our gastronomic proposal unique. A seasonal menu that features land and fish dishes, combining specialties of Tuscan cuisine such as gnudi or peposo dell’Impruneta with other classics of regional Italian cuisine.
